Shipping Information:
We strive to get all orders out within 24 to 48 hours via UPS Standard Ground Service (Delivered within 3-5 business days).
We ship both by UPS Ground and USPS Priority. Priority will get the machine and or product to you within 2-3 days. Please choose the correct your desired shipping at checkout.
Destinations and International Orders
We ship orders to the territories of the United States and Canada If you need the package shipped to an APO address then you need to choose USPS Priority Shipping and give the correct address and information at checkout
Manufacturer Warranty:
Panther Machines continues its commitment to provide you with outstanding service. To this end, we offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for a period of three years from the date of original retail purchase (the "warranty period").
How long is the factory warranty on my product? Panther Machines warrants that all machines will be free from defect for 3 years from the date of purchase.
What does my factory warranty cover? Any material or workmanship found to be defective within the warranty period shall be remedied without charge for parts or labor.
Does my factory warranty cover transporting the unit to and from the dealership? Transportation of the product is the owner's responsibility even for a warranty repair or recall.
Product Returns & Exchanges:
To return products or accessories for any reason you must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning the item. You can obtain authorization by contacting our Service Department.
All returns are subject to a twenty-percent (20%) restocking charge. Contact us and we can work through any situation that you have. We are here to serve you.
You may return (freight prepaid, preferably via United Parcel Service, insured) new, unused, and in original packaging purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase. We do not accept returns on used items.
We reserve the right to reject return requests for items considered to be used and not salable. Any new parts or accessories received by the customer and found to be defective will be exchanged only, no credit or refund will be provided.
Returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
